Furniture and décor only — walls, windows, flooring, fixtures, views and room dimensions are unchanged, and damage, stains and structural features are not removed or covered up. Style, palette and scale are matched across the rooms of a home, but pieces are chosen room by room — the same exact furniture is not guaranteed to repeat in every room.

Review, revise, publish
We send proofs for your approval; reply to the proof email, photo by photo, in plain language. Revision terms are in Timing and limits below; delivery is set out in What you receive.
Timing and limits, in plain terms
- Standard timing: proofs within 24 hours of a complete order. There is no rush fee — 24 hours is the standard, not an upgrade.
- When it can take longer: furniture removal (movable furniture only), larger orders (12+ photos), large or multi-listing orders (over 20 photos, or several listings at once), or a high volume of orders can push proof delivery to up to 48 hours. Larger orders are delivered in batches as rooms finish, main photos first, and may be split across days.
- Confirmed before work begins: the studio confirms your proof date by email before work starts. If your order needs more than 24 hours, you’ll be told then.
- Revisions: unlimited revisions at proof stage, within 14 days after the proofs are sent — keep asking until it reads right, at no extra charge.
- If a date can’t be met, you’ll be told before work begins, so you can change the date or withdraw the brief at no charge.

The tier is set by the number of staged photos in your order. A Virtual Twilight-only photo does not count toward the tier — so an order of 5 staged photos plus a Twilight front exterior is still priced at the 1–5 staged-photo rate.

Virtual Twilight — day to dusk
Convert a daytime front exterior photo to dusk — deep dusk sky, warm light in every window of the subject house, porch light on, bright enough to see the front, house structure unchanged.
- Front exteriors only: tick Virtual Twilight on that photo in the order form. Twilight-only — not combined with staging on the same photo, and no staging charge applies to a Twilight photo.

What you receive
Two finished versions of every photo.
Proofs come first: watermarked previews marked PROOF, for review only, not for publishing. The finished files below arrive once the proofs are approved and the balance is paid, and every one is checked before delivery; one that fails the check is reworked, not sent. Only the two finished versions below are delivered — your original photo is not returned.

Before you order.
What kind of photos stage best?
Bright, straight-on, wide shots taken at chest height, with the whole room in frame. Shoot empty rooms before furniture goes in or out, and avoid heavy wide-angle distortion. If a photo won’t stage well, we’ll say so before starting — not after delivery.
How fast is delivery, really?

What if I don’t like the staging?
Reply to the proof email, photo by photo, and say in plain language what feels off — “too dark,” “the sofa is too big,” “too formal” — and we’ll rework it and send new proofs. Revision terms are in Timing and limits in How it works.
How do I receive my proofs and finished files?
Everything is delivered by email, as a download — see What you receive for the proof and finished-file sequence.
Do you change anything structural?
No. What staging does and doesn’t change is set out in the note under the Styles viewer.
How does payment work?
See Place an order — the split, when each part is due, and how checkout works are all set out there.
Can I cancel, and are there refunds?
Yes. Cancel any time before your proofs are delivered and the 30% is refunded in full. Once the proofs are delivered, the 30% is no longer refundable, but the 70% balance is charged only if you approve the proofs. Once you've approved the proofs and the finished files are delivered, the order is complete and can't be refunded.
Does this form send my order?
Yes. When you submit, the form creates your order and uploads each photo with its room and style, and you’ll see progress as each photo goes. If an upload fails, the form shows a fallback brief you can email instead.

Can you stage photos with furniture already in them?
Yes, with furniture removal first — pricing is under Pricing. Dated or tenant furniture is digitally cleared, then the room is staged fresh. Removal works best on clear, well-lit photos: heavily cluttered rooms may need a re-shoot instead, and we’ll tell you if so.
